High School Pastor

This position is for any individual who feels that God is leading them into full-time ministry as a High School Pastor. The High School Pastor will lead, manage, and provide direction to create a thriving and growing High School Ministry at CrossCity Christian Church. All positions at CrossCity are required to spiritually care for and minister to volunteers and staff. This includes but is not limited to being available to pray with employees and congregation members, challenging your team with Biblical principles during weekly meetings, extending the mission and vision of the church into the culture of your respective department. Each employee must live a life that models the core values of the church, as set forth in the Employee Handbook. In furtherance of the church mission of making more and better disciples, each employee must be involved in the spiritual discipleship of other staff and congregation members.

Operations Technician

The Operation Technician’s role is to ensure the day to day operational needs of the church, staff, special events, and members are met. This position requires a detailed eye, and a desire to complete all tasks and duties with a high standard with a positive and productive attitude. Weekends and nights are required for this position.

Frappe House Intern

As a Frappe House Intern you will learn to prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages. Sell prepared foods including, but not limited to, muffins, sandwiches, bagels, and various snacks. This internship requires heavy customer contact and excellent customer service skills. A positive, friendly attitude is required at all times while serving our community.
This is a 3-6 month, part-time internship position (20-29 hours per week)

Part-Time FOH Production Engineer

The Part Time Production Engineer will utilize their experience and skill to directly operate or lead volunteers in operating any aspect of audio, video or lighting equipment for weekend services, mid-week events and special events across campus. This position is focused on maintaining smooth operation of their areas of focus for weekend services, special events, occasional set builds and are responsible for volunteer training, scheduling, preparing media assets and equipment for regular services and special events as well as assist with equipment maintenance and other duties as assigned. Committed to continual growth in spiritual, personal and professional areas, they will in turn invest in the growth of others as a relational team-player.

Part-Time Special Needs Coordinator

The Special Needs Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of the vision, strategy and tactical elements for all programs, activities, and educational aspects related to the Special Needs/Unlimited Program at CrossCity Christian Church. Specifically, the Special Needs Coordinator is responsible for Weekend Special Needs Services, all Unlimited volunteers, and any events/activities related to special needs ministries.
