The Operation Technician's role is to ensure the day to day operational needs of the church, staff, special events, and members are met. This position requires a detailed eye, and a desire to complete all tasks and duties with a high standard with a positive and productive attitude. Weekends and nights are required for this position.

This position requires heavy customer contact and excellent customer service skills. Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, respectful, and ministry-minded service. Also, will prepare coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages according to approved recipes and quality standards. This is a part-time position (25-29 hours per week).
